Board to wire connector

I'm looking for a way to connect a two-wire cable to a series of PCBs, inorder to power them.The cable should not be interrupted, just the insulation should be piercedin order to make a contact. If the connector can be plugged and unpluggedit's an added bonus.The cable I intend to use is the common telephone twisted pair used in the"last mile", from the exchange to the customer's house, unless somebodysuggests another type. Twisting is not required.PS: what does exactly mean IDC and IDT?

They need some kind of tool to be mounted, and their height is excessive, for the arrangement I have in mind. Thanks anyway.
