BING is crap

IE really is a piece of crap. I recently used IE to test something. It turns out it uses 100% CPU power while waiting for data to arrive (from a PHP script with a sleep() instruction in it). Go figure how dumb M$ programmers are.

The Windows driver for my old single-sheet feed pen plotter used to send a "page eject" command at the start of every print job -- GUARANTEEING that that plotter could never plot! (It did not have a roll-feed option.)

I suspect if the wonderful programmers at Microsoft can make this simple little error, they are capable of far worse. Then again, maybe they are in the business of seeding little start-ups to fix their f^ck-ups?

Though I have absolutely no idea what Bing is supposed to fix, other than trying to make up a few feet on the lightyears they are behind Google, and I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with a "few feet".

Bing is an abortion of an idea. An ugly baby, that should have been coat-hangered.
