Broadcom controls access. You'll need a docsafe account granted by Broadcom. The copies of the datasheets are traceable to the user who downloaded them.
Really? How about...

You'll need to seek out a Broadcom representitive. It could be Broadcom direct or in smaller development areas they could have Rep. companies (companies that represent several IC companies).
They will undoubtably want to know what product you are developing, for whom, what is the application, what is the potential volume etc. They keep their datasheets under wraps so as to not aid their competitors. When they think you are an actual customer and not a reverse-engineering competitor you can request access to a docsafe account. Occasionally they might give you a datasheet instead. Even with an account your view is restricted to what you are using or planning to use.
