Something smells fishy about this one...
"These are working customer returns" and "may have blemishes from" their potential prior "use" so it is a good thing that "the knob is removable and cleanable" because "some of our customers have suggested [it] is advisable" to take advantage of that fact.
I'd say so. ;)
