A solid-state CPU with discrete components

Hi:I'm daydreaming of a hypothetical solid-state CPU fitting all thefollowing characteristics:1. That does not need any soldering to build2. Uses that same amount of wattage as most CPUs in eco-friendly PCs3. In which the only electrical insulator/resistor is air4. Uses extremely high-voltage [~1 billion volts] yet the amperage islow-enough not to harm to anything or anyone5. Does not need any cooling system6. Can withstand temperatures extreme enough to destroy conventionalCPUs without experiencing any damage7. Can withstand physical stress [such as from falls] withoutexperiencing any damage8. Air is the only thing that acts as a passive electronic component9. Does not require the use of any hazardous material to construct10. Does not require any vacuum [such as glassfets]11. Does not require any sealed container of ionized gases [such asGaAsFETs].12. Does not need any integrated-circuits; all circuits are discrete13. A voltage of 1,000,000,000 represents a '0' while a voltage of1,000,000,001 represents a '1'.14. No capacitance or inductance is required.15. Can withstand amperages -- but does not use -- high-enough toinstantly destroy conventional CPUs without being damaged to anyextent16. Can withstand wattage levels -- but does not use -- high-enough tofry conventional CPUs without being damaged to any extent17. Can withstand square-waves, spike-waves, triangle-wave, and othersharp-edged signals intense enough to immediately obliterateconventional CPUs without being damaged to any extentIs this CPU possible to build, given the state of today's technology?If this hypothetical CPU were built, would it be made entirely out ofcopper [the best least-expensive conductor of electricity]?
