The local TeeVee here stated that the Colorado/Boulder Police was very quite about the pending arrest.
All of a sudden, the media is 'tipped off' and all run to Thialand to see the suspect arrested by the local police.
With the British told to pick up the new terrorists, and now it may be a non-actionable crime as it may turn out.

My question is: who tipped off the media frenzy ?
