Unknovn device, 2+2 pins

I have this part lying around and I don't know what function it might have. I suspect it might be a filter of some sort, or maybe a packace simply contains two capasitors.

Here is the picture:

It it's label reads "T5.5A", but it doesn't make anyting more clear for me. I think it has been mounted in an old tv or vhs-player, not quite sure.
