Hi,
I'm searching the datasheet concerning the VARICAP Diode ZC802 (UHF diode). Apparently it should have been manufactured by MSI (Marvell Semiconductor Inc) in the early heighties.

NTE devices are claimed to be as good or better than the parts they replace. I'd still compare the datasheets for myself, though.
