That sounds like a Philips oldie. Since nobody answered maybe you could try a newsgroup in Philips' home country:

nl.radio.amateur

They are generally ok with posting in English. Nice folks there. I've done that when we had an EMC problem over there and they helped me, big time. Just mention that you don't speak Dutch and they'll also respond in English.
