05Z11X identify voltage?

Question

Hi,I am trying to find the voltage of the zener diode 05Z11X, but Google only throws up bulk supply companies who won't tell you what the part is.  I even went through the lengthy process of registering with Partminder to eventually find they want $10 to look up the specs of one part.Any help or pointers to helpful websites appreciated.Thanks,Gareth.

If you have a good one, measure it.-- Dave KPlease note my email address changes periodically to avoid spam.It is always of the form: month-year@domain. Hitting reply will workfor a couple of months only. Later set it manually. The month isalways written in 3 letters (e.g. Jan, not January etc)

Yes, and the '05' means 500mW. As typical with Japanese zeners thenominal voltage is spec'd at more reasonable current than some 1Nxxxseries, so you may have to make adjustments if you try to substitute.
