QUCS Users?

Hello, all. Is anyone currently using the Linux-based Quite Universal Circuit Simulator freeware (qucs.sourceforge.net) in their design projects? Thank you for your time and comment. Sincerely,

Mike Engelhardt makes sure that LTspice works under WINE.

Most folks use that.

The Fedora Electronic Lab includes QUCS.

Maybe polling users of that spin will get better results.

I note that you haven't indicated if you are taking a popularity poll or if you have a question about a quirk with the app.

Hello, and thanks for the reply. Just curious if some folks had been using it for a while and might want to comment about capabilities/limitations and perhaps make a comparison with commercially-available CAE/CAD packages. I had been using the ViPEC freeware and found it quite capable but it appears to be an orphan now. Thanks for the URL. Sincerely,
