Is this possible...

NMOS or PMOS, "logic level" gate, 2A, 50mOhm max, but low dissipation (just a static switch), 60V VDS when OFF...

What are you prepared to pay for a finder's fee?

Maybe, possibly P-channel in SO8 package.

About $2K would be fair.

6-pack or liter or 1/5th of your choice ;-) ...Jim Thompson

I couldn't find the price ?:-)

Most I ever popped for a bottle of wine was $220 for a bottle of Pallmeyer Chardonnay.

That was the wine that Demi Moore was going to use to seduce Michael Douglas in the movie "Disclosure" (1994).

We were over in Riverside, CA, at the Mission Inn, at an M.I.T. alumni club sponsored week-long CSI "training" course.

On one of those "you-choose-your-own-restaurant" evenings we decided to go to Duane's in the hotel.

While sipping on one of the best dirty martini's ever (FDR's favorite, ?), I was perusing the wine list and spotted the Pallmeyer... I just had to try it, be-damned the cost >:-} It was fabulous!

Aside, I notice that Jack Daniel's is now offering something labeled "Honey" ?? Anyone tried that?

? By experimenting I've discovered that the only thing you need to make an excellent dirty martini, besides the brine from the olives, is a good gin... I've settled on Bombay Sapphire. ...Jim Thompson

So...you under your breath went WOW! and sent it back for being 'corked'?

One of the most expensive drinks I ever did was at Simpson's in London after lunch HAD to try famous port. Cost over $100 for a small glass, went through a lot of $100's since then, but I still remember the taste!
