I need GND etch but no other traces in Allegro

PCB in Allegro: Wanted to create a route keepout area to prevent traces to get into the area.But I want the GND etch to stay! Can someone advise me, what tool should I use instead of route keepout area? Thanks in advance. Slav Mit.
