Just wondering if anyone knew of a comparison/substitue chart for regular transisters and surface mount devices. I'm trying to find a SOT-23 package for a BC337 and BC549. Does anyone have any ideas? Hopefully ones I can source in Australia. Many thanks in advance, Rob Melbourne.

BC849 is an smt BC549.
use an FMMT491A for the BC337, its got much higher gain, and way, way lower Vcesat.
both SOT23.

BC846, etc. series. Altronics sell them in reels - but then so do a lot of other people
