You never know what you'll see at an Embedded Systems Conference. During the San Jose, CA show in early May 2011 I met Neil Sherman, president of Tag-Connect, a company that created a family of connectors that use less space than the usual
10-pin JTAG headers and still make reliable connections. The connectors provide small plastic legs that snap into holes in a circuit board to hold spring-loaded electrical pins in place. And because your boards don't need a 10-pin connector or a modular RJ-12 socket, you save money.Full Story:
