I already have a driver for the ST Micro's M29W320B flash memory, which is
32Mb non-uniform sector structure. I have to develop drivers for the Macronix's MX29LV400B and MX29LV800B. I see that, besides the memory size and additional Main Sectors, they have the same structure as the 32Mb flash. The question is: Are their commands identical to M29W320B's? Can the driver for M29W320B's be used for the MX29LV400B and MX29LV800B, provided the modifications in amount of sectors and full size?Additionally, I have to develop driver for the Macronix's MX29LV640BU, which is 64Mb, uniform sector. The question is similar: provided the modifications on sector structure and full memory size, can the driver for ST Micro's M29W320B be used for Macronix's MX29LV640BU? Do they support the same command set?
