My goal is to change the clock phase of the Serial Peripheral Interface (pin 23 in the 40-pin connector).
I can change the polarity of the SCLK signal (CPOL) but not alter the phase (CPHA).
Could the simple reason be that "CHPA" is not implemented in Raspberry Pi?
