I have a SyncMaster 700b which has problems in the video circuits. It gives the on-screen display when no signal is present, but when a signal arrives the power indicator goes blinking amber and the screen goes black. I have tried searching for schematic in vain, I have a couple Samsung manuals (710s and an older one) but the video boards and signal ICs are different. Is this a problem with the sync circuits, maybe? Any good advice is welcome!
