We are currently experiencing problems with our Samsung TV (3yr old) in that it will switch on, making its start up tune and shows a text pattern type screen but within a couple of seconds it turns off again.
Do you have any ideas what this could be as other sites have indicated it to be a timer setting problem which sounds odd because i cant get into the menu to check the setting as it keeps turning off.
