I have a Samsung LCD monitor model 171MP. Recently there is a loud static (white noise) when I power on the unit. The noise is even there with no inputs to the monitor. It , the noise subsides after about 60 seconds and everything else seems normal. Any Ideas on how to eliminate this noise upon power on?
