I've replaced a shorted HOT, blown fusible resistor, blown fuse. When trying to power the TV with a series 100W bulb, I get one momentary dim flash and nothing else.
Any advice on what else to look at?

**** Post the CHASSIS NUMBER please? .... Did you check to be sure that the B+ regulation circuity is OK? .... or high ESR or leaky electrolytics in the B+ or flyback circuitry?.... or for faulty components on the flyback derived B+ lines? .... or for cracked or faulty solder connections near and around the HOT, HDR xfmr, L4401 glue contaminated solder joints? .... did you "ring" the flyback to verify that it is good? Its a CTC169DV...

HOT shorted, why? How about some basic troubleshooting information from the OP?
Fusible resistor, which one in what circuit?
Main fuse blown. The set uses an SMPS. Why did the main fuse blow?
Where was the light bulb placed? Which circuit was being tested under the light bulb test? The deflection/HOT stage or the SMPS?
My money is on the HOT going again if the right parts are not replaced. Aren't there kits available for these sets?
