Having this TV with bad on some channels (i.e : channel 3 ,17 and maybe another one)
Poor reception and sound bad also.
The tuner seems to be on board. What can cause only a few channels to be bad ?
RCA 32" Bad signal on some channels...

Bad Tuner..Bad internal solder joints. Best call a Pro.
Hi, Check for poor solder joints on all the ground connection in the tuner, you will have to remove the bottom shield. This wil cause all sorts of problems.

Have you tried another set on the antenna, maybe there are some antenna or cable problems.

if your on cable make sure that your cable selection is on standard , not IRC or HRC these selections are located in the customers setup menu
