Can anyone help please? On an Orion Electric 'Vision PM4204' I have the top half of the screen with a perfect picture, but the bottom half changes intermittently from total black to perfect picture. Which area should I concentrate on. Any ideas gratefully received

I would concentrate on committing the following lesson to memory: don't buy no-name junk. After that I would concentrate on digging out my receipt to see if the set is still under warranty. After that I would concentrate on buying a new set with a reputable brand name.
