Will not eject cartridge, acts like it is getting no power but power is present at Plug. All microswitches check out. Any ideas?

noone: AC power may be getting to the plug but you will have to dig deeper to verify that the power supply is getting step down AC from the power transformer and that the internal power supply is putting out DC voltages. If the display is not lighting up then don't waste your time checking microswitches.... troubleshoot the power supply.

Sorry for not being clear. The P1280 is a car cd changer. The 12V supply is good, power OK at the board.
