first i have a trouble playing dvd's in this unit. i thought it is dirty sensor. but reading a couple posts on line about multiple troubles with this unit i am thinking maybe circuit issues.
I am trying to remove the back cover but the top seams to be latched somehow. is there a trick to this or can i just keep lifting the back up until it comes free.
i try to put a small pry device in to the area that is "stuck" but it seem it to be the wrong way to do it. any help will be greatful
i got it off just a little finesse is all it took. but i could use some help on the playing of dvd issues. thanks in advance
well i got it apart . upon inspection of the ribbon cable i notice a broken connection. so i will order one (if i can find one ) and try it then .. i will respond either way
i don't think its the ribbon cable, i need to replace the dvd media device kdr-085 .
