Does someone know how to fix the loading message on dvd recorder bootup? Thanks in advance

It has to be sent back to JVC for a software update. Find an authorized JVC service center in your area, and give them a call. This is a known flaw, and it shouldnt cost you anything, other than shipping, to get it fixed.
