I'm guessing the QTC is Fairchild Opto so this is probably some old optocoupler.

FWIW, the number "307AAP3" at usbid.com brings up Fairchild as the manufacturer. "9622" is probably a YYWW date code.

I went to Mouser and searched 307AAP3 and got nothing. On QTC I got mostly these guys,

and this was an opto device, but a sensor only. Being a through hole device probably puts it at '96 or older, since surface mount has taken over, so at 12 years this may be a junk/surplus part and not even on any major site. Get some 20 year old data books and you might find it. Good luck, Bill Baka

Not with QTC on it.

'Quality Technologies' IIRC.

I now believe that QTC is Quaestus Corporation, an optocoupler supplier which was acquired by Fairchild and then sold to Everlight.

The operational name however, was QT Optoelectronics.

The first SEC application to acquire QT Opto was made in 1995 and it was completed around early 2000. In 2001 QT Optoelectronics Inc. formally became "Fairchild Semiconductor - Optoelectronics Group".

In 2006 Everlight Electronic Co (Ltd) Taiwan acquired the opto business from Fairchild.
