IC needed

Aug 16, 2005 5 Replies

I need to find a couple of old IC's or equivelant part numbers. I have searched for them on Digi-Key etc. but to no avail. The part numbers are as follows

HP2211 CS9240J

9633

Any help would be much appreciated.

FWIW, "9633" looks like a YYWW date code.

It may help to know what these ICS do, in which equipment they were used, how many pins, package style, manufacturer's logo, etc.

Try Fox International, 800-231-9786.Their an electronic supplier.

Try Fox International, electronics supplier, they sould probably be able to get them. 800-231-9786, is the #.

They are from a argon dental laser. Both IC's are 8-pin. One of them deals with the thermistor and the other handles the max and idle potentiometers. No logos are on the IC's I wish there was.

FWIW, usbid.com identifies the HP2211 as a Hewlett-Packard "OPTO_DIP8".
