Flashing Green/Orange power light on AOC LM727

I have a problem with a AOC LM727 17"tft and am looking for help in fixing this problem. When i plug in the power cord the power light flashes between green and orange then goes off then repeats over and over, the screen also flasheses wen it goes to off wich i presume is the tft powering down again. When i press and hold the menu button the power led stayes on green for about 1 second and i can get a

0.80second desktop image b4 the monitor starts going through the flasing cycle again. i have resolder the 2 coils L201 and L202 incase it was a dry joint but the monitor still does the same, any ideas wot else could be wrong your help would be much appreciated.

Thank you. Robert

Do you have any experience other than a hobby with repairing consumer electronics?
