The atomizer does not have infinite lifespan. An atomizer should last at least 28 days. After this time is will decrease in performance and cease to work. This item should be repaired.. it is not broken but depleted. It simple needs replacing with a new atomizer unit and your electronic cigarette is at full power again.
A cartridge is another limited lifespan item. A VIP cartridge should provide the equivelent of 15 cigarette smokes. Cartridges manufactured to VIP guidelines have a controlled level of nicotine and other ingredients to control the flavor and ensure a realistic tobacco or menthol taste, performance and nicotine delivery. No attempt should be made to refill a VIP cartridge with nicotine liquid. This is dangerous!
There is no second hand smoke with a VIP manufactured cigarette cartridge and they are legal to smoke in any public place in the UK (smoking ban exempt)
