I have a DBTV1024 : lines going through the picture, a jumpy picture, intermitten "factory" in red letters, that won't go away. Please send e-mails to snipped-for-privacy@yahoo.ca.. Thanks, Rono

How long does in display the factory in red letters? How often? Do you have to do something to remove it from the screen? What kind of lines in picture (color, size, place on screen)?

Sorry, can't help. No service information or support for that brand at all. I mean ZERO. All Durabrand is exchange under warranty here. Try calling the phone number in the back of the owners manual to attempt to get a hold of the company.

I mean what kind of 27" tv quality are you wanting for $99 US at Wal-Mart?
