Any repair tips for a totally dead IBM T860 9494-HBO LCD monitor?
Does appear to be the power supply.

Drown it.
Here I'll answer my own question. The IBM T860 9494-HBN, LG Flatron L1810B, and Dell 1800FP are the same LCDs and use the same power supply P/N 6870T445D10
Replaced the 2SA01 IC in power supply. Monitor has been working fine for past 3 days.
There is also a kit with instructions (which I didn't use)
