Techs; CTC177BH3 has board burnt up along with C4407 and CR4403. Looks like part of pin ciruit. Need values and where else the diode connects up to. Is this diode across this diode?

C4407 Part # 214754 Cap Poly 0.047UF 400V CR4403 Part # 164589
The Cap is across the diode.
