We are using FANUC make CNC , this machines CRT displays after 3 to 4 hour from switching ON ,Please help me what to do

Look for cold solder joints and/or bad electrolytic capacitors. These monitors are usually TTL monochrome units and fairly simple.

Easier said than done. This could easily be a system from the mid 1970s, the monitor will be non-standard and custom fit into a control system on a machine tool. This sort of thing is worth repairing.
