I have an RCA 32" tv, model F32645, Chassis CTC203CX that once warms up, constantly channel surfs... Any suggestions? solder joints on front controller, tuner, or other?

The problem can possibly be with the keypad control board inside the TV set. There may be a leakage with one of the buttons, or some humidy got in.
It is also possible to be a fault with the uPC, or some other components that are in the control circuit area for changing the channels.
