Broksonic Model CTVG4563CT 13" color TV Orion Flyback 3214008 (HR7913) Tv will come on after sitting several hours, then goes off after about ten seconds. After that when turned on the flyback chirps and starts clicking. No picture Is the flyback toast? Thanks

The Flyback is not toast.. Trouble shoot the power supply circuits.
