This tv has a LG Electronicd.Philips combination CRT made in Korea.

24" Durabrand (junk brand) flat screen stereo tv model:DBTV2024PF,year:Sept 2003,UL Listed:55EG=probably China Crap Unlimited.Bought at our favourite store:Wal*Mart Canada. When power button is pressed the tv attempts to come on but no HV,the flyback does power up but something is loading down the the few secondaries that it uses to power up the rest of the tv as there is a SMPS attached to the flyback components.The color processor IC does not have it's 9v but instead a couple of volts. Does anyone have have repair tips for this environmental friendly tv?
