Using USB memory stick on ARM based Linux Red Hat

Hi,

Has anyone experience using USB memory stick with embedded Linux

2.6.12 ?

I have USB drivers loaded (dmesg, shows them) but i wonder where and how my device appear in the system ?

Is it possible to auto mount/dismount such a device ?
