Hi, I am working on a ARM7 based board with uClinux(the kernel version is
2.4.17). I tried to port PCMCIA wireless LAN of intersil ISL384x (local bus, ISA like) on this platform. I adopt the WLAN driver which can run perfectly on x86 platform and I had verified it. No matter build-in or modularize this driver in arm uClinux kernel, it is ok to compile this driver, however, I cannot find the device when I login the uClinux. In addition, It's ok to insmod "pcmcia_core.o". ( The hardware platform is verified and no problem. Local Bus Ethernet is working perfectly as x86 platform.) Does anybody have any comment on this ?- posted
