HI all,
Anyone tried to compile Linux kernel 2.6.15 on opensuse 11 (kernel
2.6.25) ?
It is giving problem on filemap.c file..But compiling properly for
2.6.25 and 2.6.26 for default configuration.
What may be the problem? Is it suse specific..Do i need to install
fedora for that??
Thanks in advance,
Nabendu

Re: Linux kernel 2.6.15 compilation problem...

Are you trying to compile your default set of kernel configuration
options from a 2.6.25 kernel in to a 2.6.15 ? It might be that you
are trying to include a specific option from 2.6.25 that was broken/
not completed on the 2.6.15 kernel. I doubt that its an issue with
your the specific distro or environment that you are running.
