issue with installing rtlinux-3.1

Hey,

I downloaded  rtlinux-3.1pre3 from www.fsmlabs.com and followed the =
instructions. I keep getting the compiling error below.
 I assuming I am not setting up a flag correctly. Has anyone else had =
this problem?
