I forgot to add that I think the 3367 is the same as the 4365 except a different package.

No I was wrong. It the number of bits in the DAC. The 4365 is a 20 bit rated device and the 4367 is a 24 bit rated part.

the datasheet is AK4356 not AK4365 not really the same IC .
