Need transistors numbers suggestions

You need to be a LOT more descriptive about what you're trying to accomplish. One might interpret "who goes up to" to mean that you want broadband performance from DC to 500MHz??? How much gain at 500MHz? Narrow-band amplification is a lot easier...from the transistor point of view, but still complex from the view of other parts of the system. How low is "low noise"?

Sounds like you want a simple solution to what may be a very complex issue. There is no easy solution to ANYTHING at 500MHz. Simple, after you've DESIGNED it, maybe...but not easy, unless you know what you're doing. Knowing what you're doing starts with describing what you want to do.

Accepting the recommendation of a random transistor to solve an unknown (to us) problem is naive.
