pnp TO-5 70V 5W @ Tc = 25C 100MHz Choose your own substitute.
npn TO-5 with attached heatsink 90V 3W 100MHz
As above but pnp.
There are no direct replacements for the above. A popular substitution back in the day was the 2N3440 and 2N5415 with a good heatsink.
That's a job for google.
