Hard to do without knowing what the carrier is and what the audio is
- What is the audio encoded as? FM, AM, PM, some digital encoding?
- What is the bandwidth of the signal?
- What's the audio rate (might be as low as 4kHz, may be as high as
- What's the typical received carrier level? Min? Max?
That's just for starters
