ask for help, I want to demodulte the audio intelligence from the 21.4M carrier

I want to select a PLL chip to demodulate the audio message from

21.4M carrier but can not find the appropriate one, please help me

Hard to do without knowing what the carrier is and what the audio is

  1. What is the audio encoded as? FM, AM, PM, some digital encoding?
  2. What is the bandwidth of the signal?
  3. What's the audio rate (might be as low as 4kHz, may be as high as
15kHz for audio)
  1. What's the typical received carrier level? Min? Max?

That's just for starters
