using Altium DXP2004 with Virtex4, also soft processors

even though DXP2004 doesnt support S3-V4 architectures (that suppor it only in Altium Designer 6) it still possible to use DXP2004/Nexxar designs targetting Spartan3 or Virtex4

the project is just the original "MorseCode TSK51" demo from DXP2004

DXP is used to generate edif files and hex code for the TSK51 (8051 core) processor, then ISE is used to make bit file and init the code memory block.

this example also shows how to use the processor IP cores that ship with DXP2004 outside the DXP environment.

The demo does work, it beeps some morse code on my desk :)
