sample for virtex4

i m look for a sample for virtex4 fx12 from avnet there are 3 week, i'm trying to make a flickering led on my board, an nothing. I'm using ise 7 all sample from avnet are microblaze ou power pc

May be if y found a sample in vhdl/verilog/shematic to virtex4 i understand why my design are false
