Anybody has an idea why the NIOSII 1.1 toolchain build fails on Linux/BSD systems with:
*** ld does not support target nios2-elf
*** see ld/configure.tgt for supported targets make: *** [configure-ld] Error 1
Somehow it looses "nios2-unknown-elf"...
It builds fine on Win2k under Cygwin...
