INFO:Par:252 - The Map -timing placement will be discarded

Hello,

I get a strange INFO message in ISE 7.1 that i have not got in ISE 6.x

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ INFO:Par:252 - The Map -timing placement will be discarded and your design will be placed using the command line options specified in PAR.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can somebody explain to me why it is discarding timing driven packing & placement? Could it be that the highest place and route effort overrides timing driven packing & placement?
