-clocking tree synthesis

I think "Architecture and CAD for Deep-Submicron FPGAs" by V. Betz, J. Rose and A. Marquardt is a good reference that you might like to check out. I am not sure whether it covers topics like clock tree synthesis and testing of FPGAs though.
